MAD HATTERS EDUCATION MATTERS TEA PARTY

PURPOSE:

The Mad Hatters Education Matters Tea Party raises funds for the OCTF Education Program.

Our Education program aims to assist children in need who are ready and willing to continue and further their education but don’t have the necessary financial resources.  We aim to provide:

• Financial Assistance for example Prom Attire
  • Prom is a very special formal occasion to seniors leaving high school; it’s when young ladies dress in colorful formal gowns with corsages and young men dress in tuxedos to celebrate the end of their K12 education.  Purchasing of the attire is guaranteed when confirmation is received that the senior is graduating high school and is going to college.
• Scholarship
  • This is a Financial Aid Scholarship to pay Educational Expenses (Example: School Registration, Books, Educational Material, and Tuition Fees etc.)
• School Supplies
  • These are supplies for children returning to school after their school break
• Technical Equipment for example Computer
  • The purpose of the computer is for those who prefers the scholarship funds used towards a computer which will benefit them in their studies
